ABOUT FACULTY
The Faculty of Plantation and Agrotechnology is a new faculty established to play an important role in producing trained professionals in all fields of agriculture and related fields in the country. It was established in July 2010 and continues to move forward in offering various programs related to plantation and agriculture at the diploma, bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. Areas of study offered by the faculty include Farm Management and Agribusiness, Horticultural Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Biotechnology, Crop Protection, Crop Science and Soil Science. The faculty has a high commitment in disseminating, delivering and nurturing intellectual development and research to meet the needs in the changing plantation and agriculture sectors. New programs will be offered in the future to respond to the government's call to develop highly knowledgeable professionals and entrepreneurs with expertise and skills in the field of plantation and agriculture.
