Hanisah Hassan focuses more on the operational aspects of the Office of Academic Affairs. She is directly responsible to the General Administration Unit and the Examination Unit which manages the requirements of examination question papers. The operational focus before, during and after the examination was assisted by Nurul Hafizah Mansor as the Executive Officer. The General Administration and Records Unit has a number of support staff which includes two Senior Clerks, Encik Mohd Iqbal Samsi and Rozita Ibrahim as well as four clerks namely Nur Fatanah Ali, Hazwani Himad, Nashima Shafee, Rozyshafina Rosli. The unit also incorporates two Operations Assistants, Andi Juzaili Jasni and Mohammad Hasrul Halim.
