Nur Syamilah Mohd Subhi focuses more on the examination matter aspects of the Office of Academic Affairs. She is directly responsible to the Examination Unit which manages the requirements of examination question papers. The operational focus before, during and after the examination was assisted by Rosmalini Md Aus as the Senior Executive Officer. The examination Unit has a number of support staff which includes two Senior Clerks, Encik Mohd Shahril Ghazali and Shafirul Akmar Shahabudin. The unit also incorporates who are assistant publishing officer Encik Asri Ab Rahim with publishing assistant encik Ahmad Shukri Ghazali and Shafaren Anuar Selim
