Hafidzah Abdul Aziz focuses more on the examination matter aspects of the Office of Academic Affairs. She is directly responsible to the Examination Unit which manages the requirements of examination question papers. The operational focus before, during and after the examination was assisted by Rosmalini Md Aus as the Senior Executive Officer.
